Born and raised in South Florida, Jesse’s athletic journey began in high school, where he excelled in varsity cross country, track and field, and water polo, which laid the foundation for his dedication to health and performance. His experiences as a Marine further shaped his commitment to fitness and physical excellence, fueling his commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
